We’ll close out with another pretty shot of the moon, as I’ve run out of pictures. Hopefully Redflare will prep more for me soon.

Right before Christmas break our family was accosted with a robot baby.
TJ had to adopt one for the weekend for a class.
More advanced than a ‘flour bag baby’ or “egg baby” but a heck of a lot less advanced than the Batman Beyond episode with robo babies.
If you’re curiuos, he aced it. Many a sleepless night through that weekend, but he aced the project.

Not a lot of great pictures over the last few months sadly. I guess that’s what happens when we’re so busy.
Redflare took the kids out to a ‘dinner with Santa’ event at the local fire station. They loved it.
The food wasn’t overly impressive in Newbie’s eyes, and Thunderer opted to just have a cookie. :p
Food wasn’t the main reason to go though, so it works.

Redflare was going to take a selfie…
Steele had other ideas.

Little Miss had a routine checkup on the schedule so Redflare made a fun day of it.
Lunch at the mall food court with two of her three girls.
And then on the way out she saw a menu for a different food court offering…

It’s official… we now have dogs.
Steele is a boxer/pit mix and Leo there…
Probably full beagle, but who knows.
We can blame Redflare’s newly found family for this. Steele was a gift from her brother while Leo was a rescue. Found starving and nearly frozen.
They both seem to have adjusted nicely to a warm home with five kids and three cats. Amusingly this brute of a dog is scared of cats, probably better that way.
Let the housebreaking and training to not be on the furniture commence!

Thunderer found a stick and declared it was her walking stick.
I’m not going to argue with an almost five year old (at the time of the picture.)

We’re getting there! Halloween pictures are a go!
If you can’t tell, Superman is Thanos, I’m Gandalf, TJ is Spiderman, Newbie is a sloth, Little Miss is a dark fairy/angel, and Thunderer is a “puppy” (Scooby Doo was the only way we could pull that one off.)
TJ went and coordinated costumes with his girlfriend too. She went as Silk.

Behold!
My teens at rest at the park while the little ones play.

Sometimes the pictures speak for themselves and sharing cute moments of the kids at play is really all that’s needed. I think this is one of those times.
