A Strange Fortnite Win

I don’t remember many details from this win at this point, since it was from late April, but it was probably my and Superman’s first win of the season. Those are what we usually commemorate. (He was Deadpool at the time.)

Chess Class

So part of Little Miss’ online chess assignment last spring was that she needed to play a few matches against different opponents.

I was one of her opponents.

As you can see, we both had a slight handicap for at least part of the match, but I remain undefeated by my kids.

So this was back in the 2021-2022 school year while they were still remoting due to Covid.

Lady Grey decided to join Newbie in class as they were listening to a video presentation.

So she had a shouldercat for a good portion of this class.

Visual Arts Contest

School events in the post-covid era are still a little lacking during the 2021-2022 school year. Fully masked and vaccinated, Little Miss braved an art competition though.

And she was awarded two “Superior” ratings and one “Excellent” rating for her entries.

Basically the top marks she could get without then being sent to the state level competition!
